Our 12 week programme includes the following:
Initial assessment with a Clinical Nurse including your health, medical, exercise and nutritional history. A range of body measurements are taken, including heart rate, blood pressure, total cholesterol, blood glucose, circumferences and energy levels.
Goal setting and working out a plan suitable to your current lifestyle.
Nutritional analysis of your current diet - step by step changes needed each week to optimise your recovery and energy levels.
24 x 60 minute 1-to-1 exercise sessions tailored to your goals - (2 sessions per week for 12 weeks). Held in the comfort of your own home with all equipment provided.
Home/gym programme to continue exercises in your own time.
Ongoing support via email, text and phone.
12 Week Food Diary Analysis and nutritional support.
